We're kicking off National Farmers' Market Week at the Hunterdon Land Trust Farmers' Market at the Historic Dvoor Farm. NJ Secretary of Agriculture Douglas H. Fisher will get the celebration started at 3:00. Mr. Fisher will shop for a full meal at the market, and challenge NJ residents to do the same. The Land and Food film series, sponsored by Merck, Colin Beavan decided to completely eliminate his personal impact on the environment for a year and created a blog “No Impact Man” to chronicle the experience.
